Friendly helpful staff. I stopped in a few times to get help with my bike and they took good care of me and didn’t even charge. I made sure and gave them my business when it was time for a tuneup.

Visiting family for a month, so I had Incycle Pasadena rebuild my 2003 specialized tarmac that I had boxed for the visit. I also asked them to repair an older specialized sirrus that had been left outdoors for a few months so I could try out a kids-ride-shotgun seat for my 3yr old. Gotta say, the rebuild of my tarmac was the best I’ve had ever. The bike had a handful of mild issues (mild chain rub on the extreme end of the gearing, some shifting lag, and requiring a double shift to get down into some gears). I’d had three other technicians in various cities try to fix these issues over the years, and they never could so I just thought it was the natural wear of the components after nearly 20 years of riding and well over 10k miles. But during the rebuild, Sam (I think this was the name of the technician) worked through all these issues and got the bike working practically like it was on the day I got it. I was mind blown. Huge thanks to Sam for his top notch expertise and relentless effort to tackling problems. The sirrus repair was great- no issues with the bike repair itself. Very nice and tidy store. Well kept and maintained. Neatly organized. Welcoming atmosphere by the attentive staff not only to me , but to other customers as well. First time there this past weekend, but won’t be my last. The prices are good and competitive with other stores and online sites.

5 Stars Just picked up my new MTB and had a great experience. Ben assembled the bike, helped dial in my suspension and seat height, and made sure everything was set up correctly before I left. We spent some time talking about local trails and BMX, which made the whole experience feel welcoming and personal rather than just another transaction. It’s clear he knows his stuff and genuinely enjoys helping people get the most out of their bikes. I’ll definitely be back for future service and gear. Thanks again, Ben! 🚵‍♂️🤘

Great place to get your bike specially for the first time. I left very excited, confident and with a new (and affordable $1.6k) bike. Bikes can get crazy expensive so that's why I feel like mine was pretty affordable
